- After 7 days, no refunds will be issued as the services for the month will have already been rendered.
- Annual Plans
- For annual plans, refunds are available only within the first 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. However, you may cancel your plan, and services will continue until the end of the billing period.
- Custom Maintenance Services
- Refunds for custom or one-time services (e.g., website fixes, speed optimization, or malware removal) are not available once the work has commenced.
- Denial of Refunds
- Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You fail to provide necessary information or access required to perform the service.
- The issue(s) you want resolved fall outside the scope of our agreed services.
- Services were terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

- Annual Plans
- Annual plans can be canceled at any time. However, no partial refunds will be provided for unused months after the refund eligibility period (14 days).

- Once payment is made and work has commenced, cancellations are not allowed.
